Bio

Robi Krempus – Global Head of AI  | Manulife Investment Management

Robi is responsible for creating data-driven solutions that support the firm’s wealth and asset management businesses. His expertise includes setting the AI strategy and building end-to-end solutions that integrate Gen AI and machine learning into data infrastructures and applications across the firm’s sales, marketing, asset management, product, and operations. Before his current position, Robi served as the head of analytics and data management for John Hancock Investment Management, a company of Manulife Investment Management, and prior to that, he was the director of analytics. Before joining the firm, Robi gained management consulting experience by implementing asset liability management solutions across commercial banks and conducting Malcolm Baldrige Award for Performance Excellence assessments in the technology industry. He began his career as a control system engineer modeling thermodynamic behavior at a nuclear power plant.
