Julie Anne Philip is a passionate Insights & Analytics leader with Mondelēz International currently leading the Canadian Customer Strategy team. Her career across Kraft Foods & Mondelēz International has seen leadership success in the areas of Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Innovation, Strategy, Brand Marketing, Coaching & Mentorship. She’s had opportunities to lead a North American Analytics team specializing in the areas of Media, Category and Retail analytics before taking on an executive leadership position standing up the Canadian business unit in 2019. Julie Anne has spent the past 2+ years driving her broader commercial impact as she embarked on a cross-functional commercial experience leading Customer Strategy within the Sales organization. Julie Anne has a passion for authentic leadership and building teams with a mentoring style that drives enthusiasm.
Her passion for team building also extends into her community as she volunteers her time with a variety of community groups. Julie Anne’s greatest passion is her home team, where alongside her husband she inspires and leads her three beautiful children.
