AI in Market Research: Understanding the Legal Risks—and How to Manage Them

November 25 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Free

AI is changing market research faster than governance is catching up, and that gap is creating real legal and reputational exposure for firms that don’t see it coming. This webinar gives you both sides: a clear picture of the emerging liability landscape, and a practical framework you can start using immediately.

Join PROLINK’s Michael Loeters and ResearchAI’s Guy Cordon & Cody Dodd on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 12PM ET for a practical discussion on the legal and insurance risks of using AI in market research.

You’ll learn:

  • How the use of AI changes the risk profile of market research firms—and where firms are most exposed
  • The new liabilities AI introduces, and where Professional Liability Insurance coverage falls short
  • Why “defensibility”—being able to show your work—is becoming the real test of sound practice
  • A practical, step-by-step framework for managing AI risk, including a free self-assessment tool you can apply to your own firm right away
